NFP, an Aon company and major property and casualty broker and benefits firm, announced a trio of senior leadership appointments effective as of late September 2026, placing veteran executive Kate Henry at the helm of its U.S. regional operations.
Henry will oversee cross-functional operations and performance across the United States in her new role as President of U.S. Regions. Her appointment signals a strategic effort by NFP to strengthen its domestic leadership structure as the firm continues to operate under the Aon umbrella.

Alongside Henry's elevation, NFP also named Joli Kindler as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Kindler's appointment suggests the company is prioritizing brand and market positioning as it competes in the increasingly consolidated insurance brokerage landscape.
Rounding out the executive changes, Ross Epstein was appointed General Counsel, placing him in charge of the firm's legal strategy and compliance functions. The simultaneous nature of the three announcements points to a deliberate organizational realignment rather than routine turnover.
